The promoters, organizers, entertainers, and others intentionally create a dangerous environment for fans. In this case, it has claimed the lives of 10 young people and left hundreds more badly injured. The people behind this event knew exactly what they were doing when they crammed 50,000 people into a small area with little to no security, staff, and medical personnel. They knew this could happen and unfortunately this tragedy was 100% preventable.
